Fine blanking processing
A standard for high-precision, high-quality parts! Introducing fine blanking processing.
"Fine Blanking Processing" is a manufacturing method that produces high-precision and high-quality parts, achieving cost reduction by omitting secondary processing. In press processing, a combination die of punch and die is used, but in this method, the clearance between the punch and die is minimized, and the material is constrained using a sheet holder and reverse pressing to perform plastic processing. This processing method applies shear deformation to the workpiece and punches it out, resulting in products with high precision in shear characteristics and perpendicularity at the cut edge. [Features] ■ Produces high-precision and high-quality parts ■ Die design using unique technology ■ Fine blanking of parts ■ Cost reduction by omitting secondary processing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
